 Adjust Brightness and Contrast

1. Open a picture. I will not give you a sample picture cause it's about editing the light and contrast balance.

2. Go to Image > Adjustments > Brightness/Contrast.

3. To edit the color balance of the pictures, go to Image > Adjustments > Color Balance

*this could be use either for picture that is original (meaning no edited pictures) or for edited pictures (you could say, wallpapers or avatars).
